Flexible Stays to Suit Your Needs
Standard Letting Periods
- Spring/Summer :(January – June): 6 month lease.
- Autumn/Winter : (Mid-August – December): 4-5 month lease.
- Campus Exchange : 2 or 4 months
- MIM Program : (August – February)
- Summer Season with Fonty Stays : (July – Mid-August). Enjoy the vibrant summer season with daily, weekly, or monthly rentals.
Additional Terms
- Security Deposit: A one-month deposit is required. However, in some cases this can be up to 2 months deposit.
- Subletting: Only permitted with the landlord’s consent.
- Home Insurance: Under French law, you must obtain home insurance before your arrival. Recommendations can be provided on request.
- Reservation Fee: Required to secure your chosen apartment. Please inquire for details.
